How to view a family's full record

Quick answer: Find the family in Contacts, then click their name to open the family profile.

Step-by-step

1. Open Contacts from the main menu.
2. Find the family using the search bar or a smart list.
3. Click the family's name.
4. The family profile opens, showing parents, students, fields, conversations, payments, and other information based on your school's profile view setup.

Tips

• The family profile is organized into panels and sections. Use the layout to find the information you need rather than scrolling top to bottom.
• If you find yourself opening the same families repeatedly, consider saving them in a smart list or applying a shared tag.
