How to add a note to a family's record

  1. Open Contacts and find the family.
  2. Locate the Notes module on the family profile. Depending on your school's view setup, it may be in the center panel or right panel.
  3. Click Add Note (or the equivalent).

  5. Save.

  • Special circumstances (allergies, custody arrangements, communication preferences)

  • Speculation or opinions that could embarrass your school if read aloud

  • Notes are visible to anyone on your team with access to the family record. Write accordingly.
