Getting Started
Weekly training and office hours
Quick answer: Three live sessions every week, free for all schools — Advertising Training on Mondays, Office Hours on Wednesdays, Admissions & Enrollment Training on Fridays. All over Google Meet, recordings available afterward.
The weekly schedule
Monday — Advertising Training (1 hour, structured)
A focused training session covering one topic each week, organized around advertising, marketing, and lead generation. Topics include:
- Setting up Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Google Ads for private schools
- Landing page design and lead capture
- Tracking marketing performance
- Seasonal advertising strategies (open enrollment, summer programs)
Bring questions, but most of the time is spent on the week's topic.
Wednesday — Office Hours (drop-in Q&A)
Open drop-in time. No agenda, no topic — bring whatever questions are on your mind. Common uses:
- "How do I build this smart list?"
- "Why isn't this automation working?"
- "Can Growth Suite do X?"
- "My team is struggling with Y — any ideas?"
Office hours are the most flexible session — show up with any question and our team helps live.
Friday — Admissions & Enrollment Training (1 hour, structured)
A focused training session covering one topic each week, organized around admissions, enrollment, and family lifecycle. Topics include:
- Building and managing your admissions pipeline
- Tour scheduling and follow-up automation
- Re-enrollment campaigns
- Working with waitlists
- Tracking conversion from inquiry to enrollment
- Onboarding new families post-acceptance
How to join
Each session uses a recurring Google Meet link — no signup, no calendar invite required. Just click the link at the start time:
- Monday Advertising Training: [join link]
- Wednesday Office Hours: [join link]
- Friday Admissions & Enrollment Training: [join link]
Bookmark these in your browser or save them to your calendar as recurring events.
If you can't attend live
Every session is recorded and posted to the resource library afterward, usually within 24 hours. The library is organized by topic, so you can search for past sessions on a specific subject.
To find recordings, click Help in the top bar and look for the Resource Library section.
Tips
- Bring specific examples to office hours. "Can you help me build a smart list for families behind on volunteer hours?" gets a better answer than "How do smart lists work?"
- The structured Monday and Friday sessions follow a curriculum that rotates topics. If a specific topic matters to you, ask in advance and we'll prioritize it when it comes up.
- Office hours are also a good place to hear what other schools are doing. You learn as much from the questions other schools ask as from the answers.
