A tour of the main menu

Quick answer: The left sidebar is your main navigation. Each item opens a different part of Growth Suite — Contacts for families, Tuition & Billing for payments, Conversations for messages, and so on.

The main menu, top to bottom

Your sidebar may show slightly different items depending on your school's setup, but most schools see:

• Launchpad — your starting point. Quick actions and shortcuts to common tasks.
• Dashboard — at-a-glance reports and key metrics for your school.
• Conversations — every email, text, and message exchanged with families, all in one inbox.
• Calendars — appointments, tours, events. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar to sync personal scheduling.
• Contacts — your family directory. Every family, parent, and student record lives here.
• Opportunities — your admissions pipeline. Prospective families move through stages from inquiry to enrollment.
• Tuition & Billing — tuition plans, payment tracking, invoices, financial aid.
• Marketing — email campaigns, lead capture, social posting, advertising.
• Automation — automated workflows that send messages, update records, and run behind the scenes.
• Sites — landing pages and forms hosted by Growth Suite.
• School Portal — the parent-facing portal where families log in to see their account.
• Reputation — reviews and online reputation management.
• Reporting — detailed reports for enrollment, billing, communications, and more.
• App Marketplace — additional tools and integrations you can add.
• Mobile App — download the Growth Suite mobile app for iOS and Android.
• Settings — your school's configuration: branding, users, custom fields, integrations.

The top bar

The top of every page has a few important tools:

• Help — opens the support center where you'll find the help library and submit support tickets.
• What's new — release notes for recent Growth Suite updates.
• Ask AI — the AI support assistant. Type any question about Growth Suite and get an answer.
• Account switcher (your initials, top right) — sign out, switch schools (if you have access to multiple), and manage your profile.

Tips

• You'll probably spend most of your time in Contacts, Conversations, and Tuition & Billing. The Launchpad and Dashboard are good starting points each day.
• If a menu item looks unfamiliar, click it and explore. Most actions are non-destructive, so it's safe to look around.
• Some menu items may be hidden based on your role. If you can't see something a colleague can, your account may have different permissions.
