How to re-enroll a family for a new academic year

Step-by-step (one family)

  1. Open Contacts and find the family.
  2. In the family record, apply the new academic year tag (for example, enrolled 27/28).
  3. Most schools keep the previous year's tag too, as a history marker. Confirm with your team.
  4. For each student, update their grade or program to reflect the new year.
  5. If the family is signing up for a new tuition plan, assign it in the tuition section.
  6. Send the family any forms that need re-submission for the new year.

Doing this in bulk
